We are kicking 2023 off with a banger of a conversation 🔥
I have known Glenn for close to 7 years and in that time he has become a good friend and frequent mentor. We bonded in our early careers over a shared "anti-establishment" attitude with regards to the recruitment world we found ourselves in.
As our lives and careers have evolved since, I think that desire for change and to bring the human back to the centre of all things people and talent remains as firey as ever.
We covered all sorts of ground in this conversation, including the importance of focusing on value led outcomes, the personalisation of the employee experience, building employee advocacy through experience, and the emotional debt of leaving a business (and people who make it up)… and so much more.
